LOL “culture,” amirite?
So many companies talk about culture in terms of foosball, snacks, and parties. Sure, we have that stuff too, but, to us, it’s not what makes a great employee experience. We are guided by our cultural values. And we value autonomy above all else. We like to hire amazing people and then get out of their way. Real culture is the kind that makes you proud of what you do and who you do it with.
